Colorado Mental Wellness Exchange
Connecting Colorado's mental health community through education, collaboration, events, and accessible resources.

The Colorado Mental Wellness Exchange (CMWE) is a new nonprofit. Our goal is simple: to make mental wellness stronger across Colorado. To do that, we connect practitioners, organizations, advocates, and community members. Together, we build a network that helps everyone.
Why the Colorado Mental Wellness Exchange Matters
The Community Connection
First, we help people find local resources, support groups, and wellness events nearby.
Practitioner Collaboration
In addition, we give therapists, coaches, nonprofits, and wellness pros new ways to connect.
Education & Awareness
We also share trainings, workshops, CE credits, and community education.
Inclusive Support
Just as important, we highlight resources that are affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and neurodivergent-friendly.
Event Visibility
Finally, we promote events across Colorado so that more people can take part.
Grassroots Growth
Building a community-driven nonprofit focused on long-term impact and accessibility.
